Registration fees are indicated in Euros. All participants need to register their attendance at WELL-Med 2020 prior to the conference. It is not possible to register or pay on site. Participants can register only through the conference website
Confirmation, receipt & invoice
A confirmation of registration, including the detailed information of your registration with payment details will be sent by e-mail after your registration, once full payment has been received.
Cancellation policy
- from 6 months to 3 months prior to the beginning of the conference: penalty 50% of the registration fee.
- from 3 months to 1 month prior to the beginning of the conference: penalty 85% of the registration fee.
- from 30 days to the beginning of the conference: no refund.
The conference organizers cannot accept any liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to congress participants (or their accompanying person), either during, or as a result of the conference. Registration fees do not include insurance. By registering and paying your fees, you accept all the above terms and conditions.
